Anthony Boyle - Board Member
An Independent Member appointed in July 1999, Tony is Chair of AHL and sits on the Boards of WPL and FAHL, the Remuneration Committee and the Development Working Group. Formerly Assistant Director of Southampton City Council's Direct Labour organisation, he is currently a self-employed management consultant.

Ann Beeching - Board Member
An Independent Member appointed in June 1995, Ann sits on the Board of AHL and chairs the WPL Board. Ann is also a member of the Finance and Audit Committees. She is a housing advisor for a neighbourhood advice centre in Southampton.

Barbara Lee - Board Member
A tenant representative, Barbara sits on the Board of AHL and was appointed in September 2004. Barbara is Chair of the Eastleigh and District Disability Forum.

George Fraser - Board Member
A Council Nominee originally appointed to the FCL Board in March 1999, George is now the Council's nominee on the FAHL Board only, and sits on the AHL, Group Audit and Group Finance Committee. Recently retired, he was a Programmer with an international computer company, based in Winchester. He is a Councillor for Hedge End Wildern ward.

Jacqueline Davenport - Board Member
A Tenant Representative appointed in November 2000, Jackie sits on the Boards of AHL and FCL. Jackie is an administrator with a local company.

Pamela Permallo - Board Member
Pamela is an Independent Member appointed to the AHL Board in 2005. She is a Director for a BME Mental Health organisation.

Paul Jenks - Board Member
Co-opted to EHA Board in 2004 and also sits on the Development Working Group. He is also co-opted onto PHA board. Paul is a Housing and Community Regeneration Adviser running his own consultancy business.

Stephen Mursell - Board Member
An Independent Member appointed in March 1999, Steve sits on the Boards of AHL and its subsidiary EHAPS, FCL and the Group Audit and Finance Committees, and Chairs the Renumeration Committee. He is a Quality Manager with the Nationwide Building Society.
