- Sarah Blohm - Neighbourhoods Manager
- Responsible for promoting Tenant Participation within the organisation, ensuring all departments have it ingrained as part of their work, and looking at equality and diversity within this. Sarah also works with external organisations such as EBC, Eastleigh Community Services, and the Youth Service to develop and support schemes in the community such as Teenage Sexual Health Drop In Centre, young person's dance nights, sports projects, disability groups and BME groups. - Anthony Lee - Tenant Participation Worker
- Anthony's role aims to enable more tenants to have a say and get involved in the decision making process of the organisation. Some of the many activities that Anthony gets involved in at AHL include: encouraging tenant participation within all areas of AHL operations - editing Talking Tenants, the tenants’ newspaper - assisting in AHL’s consultation with tenants - helping local communities to set up and develop groups to tackle issues important to them and arrange different community events - widening tenant participation to involve people from all walks of life - working closely with the Tenants’ Forum and related residents’ associations.

- Stephen is responsible for the Local Estate Management Team and for the service delivery of estate and tenancy management.

- Adrian Love - Income Recovery Team Leader
- The Income Recovery Section in Housing Services is a specialist team of 5 who
manage and monitor the collection of rental income on behalf of the Group.
(This excludes Hostels, Supported and Refugees who are looked after by
Supported Housing.)
Our work covers general needs housing, sheltered, leaseholder, private, rental, shared ownership, keyworker, garages, former tenancy debt, insurance, recharges & Direct Debits.
Our purpose is to ensure the Income Stream is maintained within targets, and debt is kept to an absolute minimum. Monitoring, chasing and enforcement is carried out within the team.
An ethos of being firm, fair and approachable, with an emphasis on early contact enables us to ensure advice on how to avoid arrears developing and appropriate help is offered before it develops in to a serious problem.
Referrals can be made to the Welfare Benefit Advisor, Eastleigh Accommodation Support Team, and advice given to contact Citizens Advice Bureau, Local Authority Housing Advice Sections, solicitor's etc.
The Aim is always to give a quality service to its customers and negotiate a sustainable repayment plan avoiding if possible formal enforcement action through the courts.

- Louise Thorpe - Homefinder Team Leader
- The Homefinder Team is part of the General Needs Housing Service. It is a
specialised team of 3 who have a responsibility for delivering Eastleigh
Homechoice on behalf of Atlantic Housing Ltd, in conjunction with Eastleigh
Borough Council and other partner Registered Social Landlords in the Borough.
The work of the Team covers:
Assisting customers who wish to move to alternative accommodation.
Working in partnership with local authorities in areas in which we have stock (currently Eastleigh, Southampton, Fareham, Winchester, Portsmouth and Test Valley).
Managing properties from the time they become empty, through to re-letting.
Maintaining the mutual exchange register.
Working with the Local Estate Management Team and Development Section to assist with the decanting of existing tenants.

- Jane Hope - Customer Service Center Team Leader
- The Customer Service Team is responsible for answering all telephone calls in to Atlantic Housing Limited. We work as the front line enquiry centre for all of the general needs housing calls. We respond to a broad range of enquiries, which relate to tenancy management, breach of or queries relating to tenancy conditions, neighbour disputes problems within the home and requests to support clients experiencing difficulties. As the first line of enquiry the team must provide accurate and timely advice and information. You can contact the Customer Services Team on 023 80684300.

- Tony Jones - Private Initiatives Team Leader
- Leads the Private Initiatives Team. Tony manages property that is let on a private market rental basis, rather than as a social housing and is also responsible for the Association's Shared Ownership and leasehold portfolio. The team also incorporates the administration of Right to Buy & right to Acquire applications which are dealt with by Yvonne Keyworth (023 8068 4313).
