Rents & Payments

Atlantic Housing Limited is a non-profit making organisation and we depend on the prompt and full payment of rent to deliver our services. Without this rent we would not be able to provide, manage and maintain existing homes or build new ones, and purchase and adapt property for the benefit of the community.

Rent is charged weekly but it can be paid fortnightly, 4 weekly or calendar monthly, in advance. You can pay your rent in a variety of ways:

Direct Debit

Paying by direct debit is a good option as once set up the payments are made automatically from your bank account. They are always for the amount agreed and the payment is taken on or within a few days of the date specified. Payments are not taken earlier and therefore there is no danger that the money will be transferred before you expect it to be. Rent payment card

Payment can be made using your rent payment card at any UK Post Office, any Pay Point or at our office at Charlotte Yonge House.

Over the telephone

- 0870 243 6040 - By Switch, Mastercard, Visa or Delta card This is a fully automated service available 24 hours a day from Allpay. You will need your debit/credit card and rent payment card ready. Simply follow the instruction menu when prompted. When the transaction is authorised, please keep a permanent note of the reference number given to you at the end of the call. If you are not given a reference number it usually means that your attempt to pay by this method has been rejected. Please re-try.

Secure online payments

Bills Online is a convenient and secure way to pay your bills, brought to you by the Post Office. Bills Online will let you securely manage your bills, 24 hours a day, seven days a week - and what's even better is its FREE! Bills Online will give you the convenience of direct debit with the speed and accessibility of the internet.
