Salary: £28,500 per annum The main purpose of this role is to deliver a comprehensive and responsive housing management service, helping to create attractive, safe and sustainable neighbourhoods. Working within the Neighbourhood Management team, you’ll liaise closely with community groups and residents, adopting a proactive and innovative approach in addressing Tenancy and Estate Management issues, as well as taking effective action in dealing with anti-social behaviour. You will conduct regular estate inspection and service monitoring, whilst being aware of all environmental improvement possibilities. You’ll also have a passion for developing resident involvement and improving neighbourhoods through multi agency working and regeneration work. With experience in the social housing sector and knowledge of housing law, your excellent communication skills and flexibility are also required as well as a commitment to working within the community
